五、虚拟道具与游戏货币
- 虚拟道具与游戏货币不具有现实货币价值；
- 虚拟道具系基于本条款授权给您使用，并非出售给您；
- 虚拟道具一经发放，除适用法律明确要求外，不可退款、不可转让；
- 本公司有权基于运营需要调整、变更或停止特定虚拟道具的提供。
六、付费购买
所有付费交易由 Apple App Store、Google Play 或其他第三方支付平台处理。除适用法律另有要求外，所有付费均为最终付费。不同地区、不同平台的售价可能存在差异。
七、知识产权
本游戏中的所有内容（包括但不限于角色、美术资源、音乐音效、源代码、剧情、标识、名称等）均由本公司或我们的授权方拥有，受适用的知识产权法律保护。未经事先书面同意，不得以任何形式复制、传播、商用或衍生。
八、用户生成内容
当您在游戏内提交内容（如公会名称、聊天信息、自定义昵称等），即授予本公司一项全球范围、免许可费、可转授权的使用许可，用于与本游戏运营有关的展示、传播与改编。
九、免责声明
本游戏按"现状"和"现有"提供。本公司不保证本游戏不会中断、无错误或绝对安全。在适用法律允许的最大范围内，本公司不对任何隐含担保承担责任。
十、责任限制
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，本公司不对任何间接、附随、特殊、惩罚性或后果性损失承担责任。本公司对您因本游戏产生的累计责任，不超过您在过去 12 个月内向本游戏实际支付的金额。
十一、终止

十二、适用法律与争议解决
本条款的解释、效力及争议解决均适用中国香港特别行政区法律。因本条款产生的争议，应提交至香港国际仲裁中心（HKIAC）按照其届时有效的仲裁规则进行仲裁，仲裁地为香港，仲裁语言为中文。
十三、条款变更

Welcome to "Kingdom Tower Defense" (the "Game"), operated by Hong Kong Universal Trade Co., Limited ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and us. By downloading, installing, logging into, or otherwise using the Game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Game. If you have not reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must use the Game with your guardian's consent and under their guidance. We reserve the right to verify a user's age within reasonable limits.
2. Account
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account;
- The information you provide upon registration must be true, accurate, and current;
- You must notify us immediately upon detecting unauthorised access or unusual activity;
- In principle, each user may register only one account; multi-accounting may result in suspension.
3. Licence to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any use outside the scope of this licence requires our prior written consent.
4. User Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Use cheats, bots, scripts, exploits, or any unauthorised third-party software;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works of the Game;
- Sell, lease, or transfer accounts or virtual items outside of the Game's systems;
- Harass, threaten, abuse, or otherwise harm other players;
- Use the Game for any unlawful purpose or to infringe upon the rights of others;
- Scrape, crawl, or extract data from our servers without authorisation.
Violations may result in warnings, content removal, or account suspension, without refund.
5. Virtual Items and In-Game Currency
- Virtual items and in-game currency have no real-world monetary value;
- Virtual items are licensed to you under these Terms, not sold to you;
- Once granted, virtual items are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required by applicable law;
- We reserve the right to adjust, modify, or discontinue the provision of specific virtual items as operationally required.
6. Purchases
All paid transactions are processed by the Apple App Store, Google Play, or other third-party payment platforms. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all payments are final. Prices may vary by region and by platform.
7. Intellectual Property
All content in the Game (including but not limited to characters, art assets, music and sound effects, source code, storylines, logos, and names) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No reproduction, distribution, commercial use, or derivative works are permitted without our prior written consent.
8. User-Generated Content
By submitting content within the Game (such as guild names, chat messages, custom nicknames, etc.), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable licence to use such content in connection with the operation, display, distribution, and adaptation of the Game.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or absolutely secure. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all implied warranties.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Game shall not exceed the amount you actually paid to the Game in the preceding 12 months.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or applicable laws, or for operational reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the Game ceases immediately, and any purchased virtual items become void.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) for arbitration in accordance with its then-effective rules. The seat of arbitration shall be Hong Kong, and the language of arbitration shall be Chinese.
13. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via in-game announcements or through the contact details you have provided. Your continued use of the Game after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
